RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to making your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase:

  1. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  2. The items bought from the 99 STORE, under sale with a coupon and a gift voucher, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  3. (NOTE: Kindly go through the size chart before placing the orders to avoid inconvenience.)

  4. In case you receive damaged or wrong product, kindly send it back to us. Please do not forget to mention the order number. Once we receive the product, our team will send you a fresh piece.
  5. All the returned products must be unused and have the original tags intact. Our team will review the condition of the returned items, and once they qualify the parameters for return, you will get the refund.
  6. Kindly note that some items are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such a product is mentioned on the product page.
  7. Also, kindly note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  8. Please note that we will not accept the return of customized or tailored products.

What is the Exchange policy of Rajkumari?

As per our company policy, we do not provide returns/refunds on any sold product. Once a garment is sold, it can be exchanged or replaced in different sizes, bigger or smaller, provided the terms and conditions are met.

  1. If the product is not eligible for exchange or return and you receive a damaged product, please write to us at info@rajkumari.co within two working days or 48 working hours of the delivery to request an exchange.
  2. Once our team acknowledges your request, please send the product back to us.
    NOTE: Please note that we have a self-return policy, and we do not provide a reverse pickup facility.
  3. Please do not forget to take the acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number for future reference.
  4. .Also, please note that Rajkumari will not be responsible for any lost shipment. We recommend you return the items through traceable mail to keep track.
  5. . The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. However, if the received product is damaged, then we can refund the shipping cost.

Instructions for returning or exchanging the products:

  1. Exchange can be done within seven days for domestic orders. (NOTE: Please note that we do not accept exchange requests for international orders.)
  2. Only products unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, original packaging, and eligible for exchange.
  3. In case of an exchange, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel, along with the size needed.
  4. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
  5. Size exchange is available for garments. In case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of To & Fro.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes, you can exchange any product that is eligible for exchange within the given time. Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Why is my exchange not accepted?

It is our constant effort to provide our customers a hassle-free shopping experience. Hence, we take great care in delivering the best products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Exchange or Return request will be declined in the following cases:

  1. .Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We suggest that the customer read the product description carefully & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  2. Please do not expect an exchange or return of the same product.
  3. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Rajkumari as accurately as possible. However, picture and screen resolution may vary on different devices. Hence, we cannot guarantee the color will be the same.
  4. Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  5. Some items sold under SALE or Festive Discounts are not eligible for return and exchange.
