SHIPPING POLICY
RAJKUMARI  products want to reach to you as quickly as possible, therefore we want to deliver our products to you as fast as we can in all possible manner in accordance to our shipping policy. We take care of all parameters that ensure our products reaches to you in a sound state. For all pre-paid orders above Rs 1000, there will be no shipping charges. There will be a shipping charge of Rs 60 on orders of RS 1000 or below. All shipments will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Delivery time may very depending upon the shipping address.

CASH ON DELIVERY
All orders placed with COD request will be shipped only after receiving confirmation from customer. Our customer care executive will call you to the registered mobile number of customer within 24 hours of placing the order to get customer confirmation on the orders. Our executive will try contacting customer to the registered mobile number or the email provided to us and in the event no response is received from customer end, we shall cancel the order made by customer after giving confirmation mail for cancelling the order. Customer can re-order the product from the website or can order on Whatsapp.
Please note for all cash on delivery orders, a COD (Cash On Delivery) charges of Rs 120 shall be added to the final amount of order.
The availability of COD option depends on the ability of our shipment partners. Order will be shipped via Delhivery or DTDC.
Generally the Delivery of your orders shall take place within 3 to 7 business days of shipping of the orders.
On shipping of your Order, You will get an email from our end to your registered email address stating the details of the shipments and shipment service in which your Order has been shipped. Some of the shipment services engaged by us offers tracking of orders and you can track the status of your shipment by visiting the websites of such service providers. The details of tracking orders, if available, shall be mentioned in the shipment email send from our end.
